Mısır (Zea mays L.) Yaprak Alanının Matematiksel Model ile Tahmin Edilmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı mısırda yaprak alanının tahmin edilmesinde bir tahmin modelinin geliştirilmesidir. Daha önceki
çalışmalarımızda mısırda bitki başına yaprak sayısı ile yaprak alanı arasında pozitif ve önemli bir ilişki olduğunu belirlemiştik. Çalışmada
mısır bitkilerinden şansa bağlı olarak toplam 400 yaprak seçilmiştir. Her yaprağın en ve boy değerleri ölçüldü. Gerçek yaprak alanları
PLACOM dijital planimetre ile ölçüldü ve Excel programı kullanılarak çoklu regresyon analizi ile matematiksel model oluşturuldu.
Oluşturulan modelde LA= -5.87+ (2.76xW) + (1.11xL) + (0.04xL2) + [0.05x (LxW2)] LA yaprak alanı, L yaprak boyu, W yaprak enini
ifade etmektedir. Çalışmada R2 değeri 0.98 ve p < 0.001 düzeyinde önemli bulunmuştur.

Abstract

The objective of the present study was to develop a leaf area prediction model for this plant. In a previous study, we found a positive and significant correlation between leaf numbers per plant in maize. To achieve this objective, a total of 400 leaves were selected randomly from maize in plots. Leaf width, length and leaf area were measured. The actual leaf area of the plant was measured by PLACOM Digital Planimeter and multiple regression analysis with Excel 7.0 was performed. The leaf area model developed was LA= 5.87+ (2.76xW) + (1.11xL) + (0.04xL2) + [0.05x (LxW2)] where LA is leaf area, L is leaf length, W is leaf width. r2 value (0.98) and standard error were found to be significant at the p < 0.001 level
