Abstract

Kesme çiçek üretiminin gerçekleştirildiği Antalya’da, yaz sezonundaki iklim koşullarının uygun olmaması nedeniyle karanfil üretimi
Isparta ve civarında yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışma 2008-2009 yıllarında Isparta ilinde yetiştirilen karanfil seralarında kök ve kökboğazı fungal
hastalık etmenlerini saptamak amacı ile yürütülmüştür. Karanfil üretim seralarında hastalık belirtisi gösteren bitkilerinden elde edilen
funguslardan en yaygın izole edilenlerin toprak kökenli patojenlerden Fusarium spp, Rhizoctonia solani, Pythium spp hastalıkları olduğu
tespit edilmiştir.
