Elma Bahçelerinde Faydalı ve Zararlı Akar Türlerinin Çeşit Tercihi

Abstract

Bu çalışma, ilaçlama yapılan ve yapılmayan iki farklı elma bahçesinde faydalı ve zararlı akar türlerinin çeşit tercihlerini belirlemek amacıyla
yürütülmüştür. İlaçsız elma bahçesinde ilaç ve gübre uygulaması yapılmazken, ilaçlı elma bahçesinde entegre mücadele kapsamında bakım ve
ilaçlama düzenli olarak yapılmıştır. Her iki bahçede Misket ve Red Delicious çeşitlerinden beşer ağaç üzerinde değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. İlaçsız
bahçede Amphitetranychus vienensis (Zacher), Red Delicious çeşidinde ortalama 0,423 akar/yaprak yoğunluk oluştururken Misket çeşidinde bu
değer 0,099 akar/yaprak olmuştur. İlaçlı bahçede ise çeşitler arasında A. vienensis ortalama akar yoğunluğu açısından istatistiki açıdan bir farklılık
olmamıştır. Predatör akarlardan Pyhtoseiidae ve Stigmaeidae familyasına bağlı türler ilaçsız bahçede her iki çeşitte istatistiki açıdan aynı seviyede
popülasyon oluşturmuştur. İlaçlı bahçede ise Phytoseiidae familyası türlerinin ortalama yoğunluğu Red Delicious ve Misket çeşidinde sırasıyla
0,035 akar/yaprak ve 0,004 akar/yaprak olurken; Stigmaeidae familyası ise Red Delicious ve Misket çeşidinde sırasıyla 0,035 akar/yaprak ve 0,005
akar/yaprak ortalama yoğunluk oluşturmuştur

Cultivar preference of plant parasitic and predatory mites in apple orchards

Abstract

This study was carried out to determine the cultivar preference of parasitic and predatory mites species in unsprayed and sprayed apple orchards. There were no fertilizer and pesticide applications in unsprayed orchard. On the other hand, integrated pest management program was applied in sprayed orchard. In both orchards, evaluation was done on five apple trees for each cultivars. In unsprayed orchard, mean density of Amphitetranychus vienensis (Zacher) was 0.423 mite/leaf on Red Delicious while it was 0.099 mite/leaf on Misket. On the other hand, in sprayed orchard, mean density of A. vienensis was not significantly different on both cultivars. Mean density of predatory mite species belonging to the Pyhtoseiidae and Stigmaeidae families were not significantly different in unsprayed on the both apple cultivars. In sprayed orchard, mean densities of Phytoseiidae on Red Delicious and Misket cultivar were 0,035 mite/leaf and 0,004 mite/leaf; mean densities of Stigmaeidae on Red Delicious and Misket cultivar were 0,035 mite/leaf and 0,005 mite/leaf respectively
