Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı, yayım birimlerinin elma üretiminde kullanmayı önerdikleri ilaç ve gübre kullanım miktarları ile üreticilerin ilaç ve gübre
kullanım düzeylerini karşılaştırmak ve meydana gelen ekonomik kaybı ortaya koymaktır. Bu amaçla, Antalya ilinin Elmalı ve Korkuteli ilçelerinde
elma üretimi yapılan 90 işletmede anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, incelenen işletmelerde elma üretiminde etkili madde olarak
dekara tarımsal ilaç kullanımının 2781 g olduğu belirlenmiştir. Kullanılan ilaçların %77.5’ini insektisitler, %20.9’unu fungisitler ve %1.6’sını
akarisitler oluşturmuştur. Araştırma bölgesinde elma üretiminde aşırı ilaç kullanımının olduğu belirlenmiştir. Önerilen düzeyin üzerinde pestisit
kullanımından kaynaklanan ekonomik kayıp 95.6 TL/da. olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bu kaybın %40.8’si insektisit, %35.2’si akarisit, %20.4’ü fungisit
ve %3.5’i kışlık mücadele ilaçlarından oluşmuştur. İncelenen işletmelerde elma üretiminde gübre kullanımında 384.4 TL/da’lık ekonomik kazanç
hesaplanmıştır.
Examination of Economic Loss for Pesticide and Fertilizer Application in Apple Production: A Case Study of Antalya Province
Abstract
The aim of this research is to estimate economic losses amount of pesticide and chemical fertilizer use in comparison with application levels used by growers and suggested in apple production by extension units. To capture this aim 90 apple producers were surveyed in Elmalı and Korkuteli counties of Antalya province. Results of this research show that average usage of pesticide is 2781 g per decare as an active ingredient. The percentages of used pesticides are 77.5%, 20.9% and 1.6% insecticides, fungicides and acaricides, respectively. In the research area, the excess use of pesticide was determined in the apple production. It was calculated that economic loss was 95.6 TL per decare due to overuse of pesticides. The percentage of this loss are 40.8%, 35.2%, 20.4% and 3.5% insecticide, acaricide, fungicide and winter spray pesticides, respectively. It was calculated that economic profit was 384.4 TL per decare for fertilizer usage in the apple production
