Despite its shortness, the Second Constitutional Period is one of the most intensive periods of modern Turkey in terms of the events it covers. In the last two decades there has been an increase in the number of academic studies (MA and PhD dissertations, monographs, articles, memoirs and so on) that focus on this period and they have certainly formed a rich literature. This article aims to review this literature and to depict the focal points of the literature and to emphasize the subjects that have not yet been sufficiently studied.
