The Adhesion Theory of Textile Materials

Abstract

Operation bonding in the clothing, furniture, leather industry, as well as in the production of duplicated fabrics or combined textile materials plays a key role. Adhesive materials are defined as materials having the ability to hold together bonding surface. The success of the formation of adhesive bond depends on the properties and the quality of the adhesive material. Providing sufficient linkages between textile materials and adhesive depends on many factors. They are: textile adherend properties (specific weight, humidity, structure, surface smoothness, wettability, etc.) bonding process conditions (temperature and relative humidity of the environment, pressing time and temperature, etc.) and factors associated with adhesive properties (the type and characteristics of the composition, viscosity, amount and method of applying adhesives, and so forth). In this paper, considering the characteristics and properties of textile materials, described the formation of relationships which provide a strong connection between the bonding surfaces and investigated the conventional theory of bonding

Tekstil Malzemelerinin Yapıştırılma Teorisi

Abstract

Yapıştırma işlemi konfeksiyon endüstrisinde, giysi üretiminde, mobilya endüstrisinde, lamine kumaşların üretiminde ve çeşitli tekstil malzemelerinin birleştirilmesinde anahtar bir role sahiptir.
Yapıştırıcı, malzemelerin yüzeylerini birleştirerek bir arada tutabilme yeteneğine sahip madde olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Yapıştırmaya tabi tutulan tekstil malzemelerinin bağlantı kalitesi kullanılan tutkallı birleştirmenin performansına, tutkal bağı oluşumunun başarısına bağlıdır. Tekstil malzemesi ve tutkal arasında yeterli direnci sağlayacak bağ oluşumu birçok faktöre bağlı bulunmaktadır. Bunlar: yapıştırılacak tekstil malzemelerin özellikleri (özgül ağırlığı, rutubeti, yapısı, yüzey düzgünlüğü, ıslanabilme yeteneği vb.), yapıştırma şartları (yapıştırma sırasındaki sıcaklık ve bağıl nem, presleme süresi, sıcaklığı, basıncı ve vb.) ve yapıştırıcı ile ilgili (yapıştırıcı türü ve karakteristikleri, tutkal karışım formülü, viskozite, yüzeylere sürülen tutkal miktarı, uygulama şekli ve vb.) faktörlerdir.
Bu makalede yapıştırılan yüzeyler arasında yeterli direnç sağlayacak bağ oluşumunu açıklayan ve kabul görmüş yapıştırma teorileri üzerine bilgi verilerek incelenmeye tabi tutulmuş, elde edilmiş bulgular ve tekstil malzemelerinin özellikleri göz önünde bulundurularak kumaşların yapışmasını açıklayan teorinin esasları anlatılmıştır.
