Benign Geçici Hiperfosfatazemili Bir Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Benign geçici hiperfosfatazemi (BGH) 5 yaşın altında, karaciğer ya da kemik hastalığına dair herhangi bir bulgusu olmayan çocuklarda, serum alkalen fosfataz (ALP) düzeylerinin yükselmesi ve 12-16 hafta içinde kendiliğinden normal düzeylere inmesidir. Bu yazıda rutin muayene sırasında tetkik edilirken, ALP yüksekliği saptanan, karaciğer ve kemik hastalığı bulgusu olmayan ve izleminin 6. haftasında ALP düzeyleri normale dönen, 11 aylık bir kız olgu sunulmuştur.
