The aim of this study is to introduce the grammatical features of Khalaj with the help of folklore materials. The
article deals with the 26 Molla Nasreddin (Nasreddin Hodja) anecdotes in Khalaj which were compiled in the
research expeditions to Khalaj region, Iran, by Prof. Dr. Gerhard Doerfer and his team in 1968 and 1972. The
texts were compiled from the following regions: Çāhak, Hasan-ābād, Sar-i Band, Muhsin-ābād, Nadir-ābād, Jīrīk
āğāç, Mūşakiya, Sifīd-ālā, Qara-Sū, Qurqur ve Şāqālū.
Salient phonetic and grammatical features of the anecdotes are explained in the footnotes.
Yazıda Prof. Dr. Gerhard Doerfer ve ekibince 1968 ve 1972 yıllarında İran’ın Halaç Bölgesine düzenlenen
araştırma gezilerinde derlenen metinlerden 26 Halaçça Molla Nasreddin (Nasrettin Hoca) fıkrası ele alınmıştır.
Metinler şu bölgelerden derlenmiştir: Çāhak, Hasan-ābād, Sar-i Band, Muhsin-ābād, Nadir-ābād, Jīrīk āğāç,
Mūşakiya, Sifīd-ālā, Qara-Sū, Qurqur ve Şāqālū.
Fıkralardaki dikkati çeken fonetical and grammatical özellikleri dipnotlarda açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.
