1948 yılında, Dağıstan’ın Nogay bölgesindeki, Terekli Mektep’te doğan Kadriya Orazbayevna Temirbulatova, Nogay Türklerinin ünlü bir kadın şairidir. Dağıstan Pedagoji Enstitüsü Filoloji Fakültesine giren Kadriya, daha sonra Gorkiy Edebiyat Enstitüsünü bitirmiş; şiirleri genç yaşta “Şöllik Mayağı”, “Komsomolets Dagestana”, “Dagestanskaya Pravda”, “Lenin Yolu” gazetelerinde ve “Sovetskiy Dagestan”, “Dostluk” gibi dergilerde yayımlanmıştır. Şiirleri, Nogay Türkçesinin yanı sıra, Kumuk Türkçesi ve Rusça gibi başka dillerde de yayımlanan Kadriya’nın, “Taw Dañıldan Baslanadı”, “Yaslıq Yırları”, “Ayındırıq Yarığı”, “Yatlawlar”, “Hayran” vb. şiir kitapları bulunmaktadır. Genç yaşında ünlenerek Nogay Türklerinin gururu olan Kadriya, en verimli çağında, henüz 31 yaşında iken öldürülmüştür.
Kadriya Orazbayevna Temirbulatova, who was born in the year of 1948 at Terekli Mektep in Nogai region of Daghistan, was a famous female poet among Nogai Turks. Kadriya, who attended the Faculty of Philology at Daghistan Pedagogy Institute, then graduated from Gorkiy Literature Institute, and her poems were published when she was at her young ages in newspapers such as “Şöllik Mayağı”, “Komsomolets Dagestana”, “Dagestanskaya Pravda”, “Lenin Yolu” and in journals such as “Sovetskiy Dagestan”, and “Dostluk”. Kadriya’s poems were published in other languages such as Kumyk Turkish and Russian besides Nogai Turkish, had poem books such as “Taw Dañıldan Baslanadı”, “Yaslıq Yırları”, “Ayındırıq Yarığı”, “Yatlawlar”, and “Hayran”. Kadriya, who was the pride of Nogai Turks by being famous at a young age, was killed at her most efficient period of time at the age of only 31.
