Marmara University Atatürk Education Faculty  Journal of Research in Elementary Education (JREE), which began its publication life in 2021, is a peer-reviewed, scientific, open-access journal. It publishes scientific research based on theoretical and field-based studies on the topics that fall into the scope Pre-school and Primary School Education, and does not charge any fees from researchers.

While the journal was published biannually until January 1, 2026, as of this date, accepted articles are now published according to the continuous publication model.
