OKULLARDA ÖRGÜTSEL ZEKANIN EYLEMSEL BOYUTLARI

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, örgütsel zekâya ilişkin yeteneklerin okul için nasıl tanımlanabileceği ve eylemsel boyutlarının neler olabileceği sorularına yanıt aranmıştır. Örgütsel zekâ, örgütlerin dirimlerini sürdürmelerini olanaklı kılan yeteneklerinin bütününü ve bunların kullanımını ifade etmektedir. Söz konusu yetenekler 1)eylem ve tepkide çabukluk 2)değişen durumlara uyarlanabilme 3)işleyişte esnek ve rahat olabilme 4)sezebilme ve öngörülü olabilme 5)açık fikirli olabilme 6)hayal gücünü kullanabilme 7)yenilenebilmedir. Çalışmanın verileri, Hacettepe Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Eğitim Bilimleri Bölümü, Eğitim Yönetimi, Teftişi Plânlaması ve Ekonomisi Anabilim dalında lisansüstü eğitim yapan, gönüllü olarak araştırmaya katılan 48 kişiden, odak grup çalışması yapılarak toplânmıştır. Grup çalışmaları 2001-2003 güz ve bahar dönemlerinde yaklaşık 46 hafta sürdürülmüştür. Verilerin ortaya koyduğu iki önemli bulgunun birincisi, örgütsel zekâya ilişkin yeteneklerin okullar için tanımlanabileceği; ikincisi her bir yeteneğin birbiriyle etkileşen; birbiriyle içiçe geçen; biri diğerinin oluşumunu sağlayan eylemsel içeriğe sahip olduğudur.

PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF ORGANIZATIONAL INTELLIGENCE IN SCHOOLS

Abstract

In this study, it was found out how the abilities related to intelligence can be described and what their operational dimensions into the schools are. Organizational intelligence is all the abilities that make the organizations able to continue their existence and the utilization of them. These abilities are 1) being rapid in action and reaction, 2) being rapid adaptable to changes, 3) being flexible and comfortable, 4) being intuitive and far-sighted 5) being open-minded, 6) being able to use one’s imagination, 7) being able to renew. The data were collected from students attending to the Subdivision of Educational Administration, Supervision Planning and Economics at Department of Educational Sciences, Faculty of Education at Hacettepe University by a technique of focus group . The group work was conducted throughout 46 weeks between 2001 and 2003. According to the results, there were two important findings: The first one is that the abilities of the organizational intelligence for schools can be described. The second is that each ability interacts from the one to another; that is, it is interconnected to each other; and also it involves the operational content providing the formation of the other.
