İLKÖĞRETİM TÜRKÇE PROGRAMININ ETKİLİLİĞİNİN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ (Konya ve Muğla Örneklerinin Karşılaştırılması)

Abstract

İlköğretim, çocuğun eğitiminde önemli bir yer tutar. Eğitim ve öğretim ilk defa plânlı, programlı olarak ilköğretim okullarında verilir. Çocuk okuma yazmayı ilköğretim okulunda öğrenir. Öğrenme her şeyden önce psiko-sosyal bir süreçtir ve öğrencide kalıcı izli davranışlar oluşturma faaliyetidir. Bu etkinlikler okuldaki plânlı eğitimlerle gerçekleştirilir. Bu araştırmanın genel amacı ilköğretim kurumları I. Kademe Türkçe Eğitimi programının uygulama ve yeterlilik düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi ile programda yer alan hedeflerin ve davranışların ne derecede yeterli olduğunu ve uygulamadaki gerçekleştirilebilirlik düzeylerini değerlendirmektir. Araştırma tarama modeline göre yapılmıştır. Çalışma evreni Konya ve Muğla ili merkez ilçelerindeki okullarında görevli olan yöneticiler ile sınıf öğretmenlerinden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında iki yol izlenmiştir. Bunlardan biri kaynak tarama şeklinde yapılmış, diğeri de anket yoluyla elde edilen bilgilerden oluşmaktadır. Bununla birlikte nitel araştırmanın görüşme yöntemine göre veriler toplanmıştır. Elde edilen bu veriler, frekans dağılımı ve yüzdeler şeklinde özetlenmiştir. Khi-Kare ve Centincens (C) çözümlemeleri yapılmıştır. Manidarlıkları P < 0.5 düzeyinde sınanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen bulgulara dayalı olarak sonuçlar elde edilmiş ve öneriler geliştirilmiştir.

EVELATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL TURKISH PROGRAMME EFFECTIVLY (Comprasion of the sample Konya and Muğla)

Abstract

Primary schools are very important in the education of child. Education is primarily given at primary schools with plans and programs. At first, child learns reading and writing in the primary school. Learning is a process about psychology and it is an activity in order to make permanent behaviours on students. These activities are realized by a planned education at school. This research’s general aim is to evaluate the level of adequacy of applying Turkish education program at primary schools and how sufficient the object and behaviours in the program and the level of its application were. The research was done according to the survey model. The sample of the study consists of the directors and class teachers who are working in schools in Konya and Muğla. Two ways were followed to collect data. One of them was done by reviewing the literature, the other one was done by collecting data by the questionnaire. Furthermore, the data had been collected by the interview method of qualitative research. The data was summarized by frequency and percentage. Khi-kare (X2) and Centincens (C) analysis were done. These were p < 0.5. The results were got according to the findings in the research and some suggestions were presented.
