Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, sanat (resim) eğitiminde müzelerin kullanılabilmesi için ilgili kurum ve kuruluşların karşılıklı görev ve yükümlülüklerini belirlemektir. Eğitimin amacına ulaşmasına, okulların yapı ve işleyişine ilişkin ortaya çıkan yeni olgular, sanat eğitiminde yeni yöntemler, programlar ve alternatif mekânların kullanımını gerektirmektedir. Bütün bunların gerçekleştirilmesinde müzelerin önemli bir rol oynadığı belirtilebilir. Ancak, Türkiye’deki mevcut uygulamalar incelendiğinde müzelerin sanat eğitimi amaçlı kullanıldığını söylemek oldukça güçtür. Genel eğitimle birlikte sanat eğitimi konusunda öğretmen yetiştiren kurumların, okulların, Kültür Bakanlığının, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığının, Maliye Bakanlığının, müzelerin, basın- yayın ve diğer kamu ve özel sektör kuruluşlarının sorumluluklarının olduğu söylenebilir. Özellikle resmî kurum ve kuruluşlarla, tüm eğitim ve öğretim kurumlarının yasalarla belirlenmiş görevlerinin olması genelde müze eğitimini, özelde sanat (resim) eğitimini yaygınlaştıracaktır.

THE RESPONSIBILITRES AND MUTUAL DUTIES OF INSTITUTIONS AND ASSOCIATIONS FOR USING MUSEUMS IN ART EDUCATION

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the connection between the mutual duties and responsibilities of institutions and associations for using the museums in art education. For the aim of the education new facts emerged from the schools construction and performance reaching the new methods in art education, the curriculum and using the alternative places are reguired. It can be said that the museums have an important role to realize all of these. However, it is rather diffucult to say that the museums are used to aim at art education when one is inquired available practices in Turkey. It can be said that the institutions the teachers are trained in the field of general education and art education, the schools, the Ministry of Culture, the Ministry of National Education, the Ministry of Finance, museums, institutions of press-publications and the other institutions of public or private have responsibilities. Especially, having the duties determined by the laws for official institutions and the other educational and instructional institutions will spread the museum education in generaly in and the art education particular.
