Abstract

Amaç: Bu çalışmanın amacı standart hasta uygulaması ile ilgili dönem 3 öğrencilerinin düşüncelerini ve memnuniyet durumlarını belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Bu çalışma Tıp Fakültesi dönem 3 öğrencileri ile yürütülmüş, tanımlayıcı bir çalışmadır. Çalışmada anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Dönem 3 standart hasta uygulamasına 153 öğrenci katıldı. Ankete katılan öğrencilerin % 84.4 standart hasta uygulamasından memnun olduğunu belirtti. Kendini yeterli hissetme hakkında öğrencilerin % 72.2’si eğitim sonrasında performanslarını yeterli hissettiğini belirtmiştir. Sonuç: Bu çalışmanın sonuçları öğrencilerin standart hasta eğitiminde n memnuniyetini göstermektedir.

Student Opinions About Standardized Patient Practices: First-Year Results

Abstract

Aim: The aim of the study is to determine the opinions and level of satisfaction of the third year medical students regarding the standardized patient practices. Methods: This descriptive study was carried out with third year medical students where a questionnaire was used for data collection. Results: The questionnaire was administered to 153 third year students. Students were satisfied with standardized patient practices with a rate of 84.4% whereas 72.2 % reported that they felt competent after the standardized patient practices. Conclusions: The findings of this study showed that the students were satisfied with the standardized patient practices.
