ÇERÇEVE EĞİTİM PROGRAMI GELİŞTİRME REHBERİ-2: MEZUNİYET ÖNCESİ ÇERÇEVE EĞİTİM PROGRAMI

Abstract

The first issue in the “Medical Education Frame- Programs” (ME-FrP) Serials was prepared for the postgraduate education period. This review presents a ME-FrP for the undergraduate medical education. “Undergraduate ME-FrP” prepared by the medical faculty is a program that defines the general outlines, major components and the basic principles in designing and coordinating the 6-year medical education of a medical faculty. The associated education councils, departments and educators use this general framework and the basic principles in the development, improvement or implementation of all the educational programs in preclinical or clinical phases (subject committees, blocks, problem-based sessions, clerkship programs etc.). The suggestion was composed of 7 titles, based on the possible format of the Undergradute ME-FrP that will be prepared by the medical faculties: (1) Educational Approach, (2) Learning Content, Experiences and Methods, (3) Assessment Program, (4) Educational Process and Phases, (5) Educational Environment and Process, (6) Evaluation and Improvement of Education Program and Education Process, (7) Learning Materials and Sources.

ÇERÇEVE EĞİTİM PROGRAMI GELİŞTİRME REHBERİ-2: MEZUNİYET ÖNCESİ ÇERÇEVE EĞİTİM PROGRAMI

Abstract

Çerçeve eğitim programlarının (ÇerEP) ilk serisi uzmanlık eğitim dönemi için hazırlanmıştı. Çerçeve eğitim programlarının ikinci serisini oluşturan bu yazıda ise mezuniyet öncesi tıp eğitimi dönemi için ÇerEP önerisi sunulmuştur. Fakülte düzeyinde hazırlanan “Mezuniyet Öncesi ÇerEP”, bir tıp fakültesinin altı yıllık tıp eğitiminin genel çerçevesini, ana bileşenlerini ve temel esaslarını belirleyen programdır. İlgili eğitim kurulları, anabilim dalları ve eğiticiler klinik öncesi ve klinik dönemde yer alan tüm öğrenim programlarının (ders kurulu, blok, modül, staj vb) ve derslerin / öğrenim etkinliklerinin geliştirilmesi, uygulanması ve iyileştirilmesi sürecinde, ÇerEP’de ortaya konan bu genel çerçeveyi ve esasları dikkate alırlar. Öneri, tıp fakültelerinin hazırlayacakları Mezuniyet Öncesi ÇerEP’nin olası formatı düşünülerek hazırlanmış ve şu yedi başlıktan oluşmuştur: (1) Eğitim Yaklaşımı, (2) Eğitim İçeriği, Öğrenim Deneyimleri ve Yöntemleri, (3) Ölçme- Değerlendirme Sistemi, (4) Eğitim Süreci ve Dönemleri, (5) Eğitim Ortamları ve İşleyiş, (6) Eğitim Programının ve Eğitim Sürecinin Değerlendirilmesi ve İyileştirilmesi, (7) Öğrenim Materyalleri ve Kaynaklar.
