MESLEK SEÇİMİ KAPSAMINDA: ANNE BABA TUTUMU VE ÖĞRETMENLİK MESLEĞİNE YÖNELİK TUTUM

Abstract
Lise son sınıf öğrencilerinin anne baba tutumu ve
öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumunun çeşitli değişkenler açısından
incelenmesi araştırmanın çalışma konusunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu çalışma tarama
modelinde desenlenmiştir ve nicel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın çalışma
grubunu 331 lise son sınıf öğrencisi oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma sonucuna göre
lise son sınıf öğrencilerinin anne baba tutum ortalama puanları 5 üzerinden
3.72 ve öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik ortalama tutum puanları ise 5 üzerinde
3.42 olarak bulunmuştur. Kız öğrencilerinin aile tutumu erkek öğrencilere göre
daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Öğretmenlik mesleğini seçecek olan öğrencilerin
seçmeyecek olanlara göre de öğretmenlik mesleğine yönelik tutumu daha yüksek bulunmuştur.
Öğretmenlik mesleğine olan saygı arttıkça öğretmenlik mesleğine olan tutum da
artmaktadır. Son bulguya göre ise, anne baba tutum düzeyi ve öğretmenlik mesleği
tutum düzeyi arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunamamıştır (p>.05).
