Abstract
In this work, the effect of blended yarns upon the dimensional properties of knitted fabrics were searched experimentally by preparing samples of Wool/Acrylic and Wool/Poliester blends at various ratio. Samples were knitted at fine different cam settings and at five different structures namely plain. 1x1 rib, 2x2 rib, 4x2 rib and 6x3 rib knitted structures. Apart from this, some investigations upon the dimensional properties of lycra inserted cotton fabrics were carried out.
