Abstract

Since it is a basic component of many plant fibers such as cotton, linen etcplant cell wall cellulose is also a research topic for textiles. Investigations have proved that cell wall cellulose has a fibrillar and crystalline sucture. In this article, research on the formation and fibrillar and crystalline stucture of the plant cell-wall cellulase are conveyed.

Bitki Hücre Çeper Selülozunun Fibriler ve Kristalin Yapısı

Abstract

Bitki hiicresinde gekil ve desteklik veren Ceper selulozunun yapzsz, pamuk, keten v.b.pek~ok bitkisel lifin esasznz tegkil etmesi bakzmzndan tekstilin de konusu olmuptur. Seliilozun kristalin ve fibrilerin yapzsz iizerinde bugune kadar pek~ok aragtzrma yapzlmzgtzr. Bu yazzda gaplz hiicre Ceper seliilozunun olugumu, kristalin ue fibriler yapzsz uzerindeki aragtzrmalar anlatrlmzgtzr.
