Condifil is 'the proprietary name for the process zone air conditioning system developed by Sulzer Infra for weaving and spinning mills (Fig.l.) Condifil is derived from the French Conditionnement du Fil (yarn conditioning). The mode of functioning can be described as follows: Supply air is fed directly into the process zone, where a lake of cold air with high relative humidity is maintained under the weaving machines, so that the process located above it has optimum air relative humidity. Thes is achieved through natural air buoyancy forces. The air handling principle is known as displacement ventilation in other sectors. Since only a small proportion of the total volume of the weaving/spinning shed receives the maximum air relative humidity, a significant saving of energy ispossible.
Condifil, Sulzer Infra tarafindan dokuma ve iplik fabrikalarz i~in geli~tirilmig, $em bolgesi hava iklimlendirme sistemine verilen ticari isimdir. Condifil, Franszz iplik iklimlendirme sistemi (French
Dokuma agzzlzgznzn /iplik egirme bolgesinin toplam hacminin, maksimum hava bagzl nemini alan kzsmz oldukca kiiciik oldugu &in, onemli bir enerji tasarrufinun yapzlabilmesi miimkiin olmaktadzr. Dokuma makinalarznzn atkz atma hzzlarz .
