KAMGARN İPLİKLERİNDE EĞİRME METODUNUN İPLİK TÜYLÜLÜĞÜNE ETKİSİ

Abstract

İplik tüylülüğü eğirme sonrası proseslerde ve tekstil mamullerinde sorunlara neden olduğu için genellikle istenilmeyen bir iplik özelliğidir. İplik tüylülüğü lif özellikleri, makine ve işlem parametrelerinden etkilenmektedir. Bu çalışmada eğirme metodunun iplik tüylülüğüne etkisi incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla dört farklı eğirme tekniği ile iki farklı iplik numarası ve üç farklı büküm faktöründe % 100 yün kamgarn iplikleri üretilmiştir. İplik tüylülüğü değerleri ölçülerek büküm faktörü ve eğirme metodunun etkisi incelenmiştir

THE EFFECT OF SPINNING METHOD ON YARN HAIRINESS ON WORSTED YARNS

Abstract

Yarn hairiness causes some problems in the various post-spinning processes and textile products therefore it is generally not a desired yarn property. Yarn hairiness is effected by fibre characteristics, machine and process parameters. In this study, the effect of spinning method on yarn hairiness was analyzed. For this purpose, 100% wool worsted yarns were spun in two different nominal yarn counts with three different yarn twist factors using four different spinning methods. Yarn hairiness values of each yarn sample were measured and the effects of spinning method and twist factor on yarn hairiness were analyzed
