POLİNOZİK LİFLERİN ÜRETİMİ, ÖZELLİKLERİ VE KULLANIM ALANLARI (BÖLÜM 1)

Year 2007, Volume: 17 Issue: 3, 170 - 178, 01.12.2007

Abstract

PRODUCTION OF POLINOSIC FIBERS, THEIR PROPERTIES AND USAGE AREAS (PART 1)

Year 2007, Volume: 17 Issue: 3, 170 - 178, 01.12.2007

Abstract

Polinosic fibers which are the versions of the regenerated cellulose fibers are the fibers that are produced to eliminate low wet strength of viscose and they are very similar to cotton fibers in the manner of wet strength. The polinosic fibers are similar to cotton fibers, so their blends are in good conformity. After the repeated washing cycles, the best handle can be obtained with polinosic fibers among the viscose, cotton and polinosic fibers. Tone in tone dyeings can be obtained by cotton and polinosic fiber blends because their dyeing behaviours are similar. Polinosic fibers which have high strength and high wet modulus can be used in technical textiles, underwear, cloths and sports-wearing because of their moisture absorbency, brightness, silk like handling and high wet strength
