USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN ART THERAPY

Öz

The use of artificial intelligence, which has entered our lives in the digitalizing world, is becoming increasingly widespread in many areas. As one of these areas, artificial intelligence technologies that can be used in psychotherapy processes are being designed in the field of mental health. There are studies on artificial intelligence models produced on the basis of different approaches of psychological science. It is seen in the literature that there are artificial intelligence models developed based on many different psychotherapy approaches. With the development of artificial intelligence models that recognize and produce images, it seems possible to use them in wider areas in psychotherapy. Art therapy, which works with expressionist techniques and mostly visual materials, is one of these fields. In this regard, in our study, applications developed for the use of artificial intelligence in therapy processes in the field of psychology and studies on the use of productive artificial intelligence models in art therapy will be presented.

Sanat Terapisinde Yapay Zeka Kullanımı

Öz

Dijitalleşen dünyada hayatımıza giren yapay zekanın kullanımı pek çok alanda giderek yaygınlaşmaktadır. Bu alanlardan biri olarak ruh sağlığı alanında psikoterapi süreçlerinde başvurulabilir yapay zeka teknolojileri tasarlanmaktadır. Psikoloji biliminin farklı yaklaşımları temelinde üretilen yapay zeka modelleriyle ilgili yapılan çalışmalar bulunmaktadır. Literatürde bir çok farklı psikoterapi yaklaşımı temelinde geliştirilmiş yapay zeka modelleri olduğu görülmektedir. Görüntü tanıyan ve üreten yapay zeka modellerinin gelişmesiyle birlikte psikoterapilerde daha geniş alanlarda kullanımı mümkün görünmektedir. Dışavurumcu tekniklerle ve çoğunlukla görsel malzemeyle çalışan sanat terapisi bu alanların başında gelmektedir. Bu doğrulta çalışmamızda yapay zekanın psikoloji alanında terapi süreçlerinde kullanımına dair geliştirilen uygulamalar ve üretken yapay zeka modellerinin sanat terapisinde kullanımıyla ilgili çalışmalar sunulacaktır.
