AI Policy

Purpose
This policy aims to establish ethical, scientific, and technical standards regarding the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in Tevilat journal and to ensure that these technologies are used in a transparent, accurate, and impartial manner.


Principles
1. Ethical Use: AI technologies may only be used as an auxiliary tool in technical areas such as grammar, stylistic consistency, spelling errors, and narrative inconsistencies. The author is responsible for the production of academic content and text. Any issues arising from the use of such tools for purposes such as text production, data interpretation, and source citation are the responsibility of the author.
2. Transparency: The author(s) are obliged to declare at which stages of the article's production they have used artificial intelligence tools. This declaration must be stated in the relevant section of the Conflict of Interest and Ethics Declaration form and included in the ethics declaration section of the article text.

Obligations
1. All ethical and scientific responsibilities arising from the use of artificial intelligence technologies belong to the author(s).
2. The journal management checks whether the use of artificial intelligence complies with the specified standards. It may utilise artificial intelligence in technical matters it deems appropriate.
3. This policy may be updated in line with developments in artificial intelligence technologies.
