Bu araştırmanın amacı psikolojik sözleşme ihlalinin ve örgütsel sessizlik üzerindeki etkisini incelemektedir. Bu bağlamda çağrı hizmetleri sektöründe çalışan 128 kişiye çevrimiçi anketle ulaşılığ veriler toplanmıştır. Anket formu üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. İlk olarak katılımcıların demografik bilgilerini içermektedir. İkinci bölümünde çalışanların psikolojik sözleşme ihlali algılılarını belirlemek amacıyla Robinson ve Morrison (2000) tarafından geliştirilen ve toplamda dokuz ifadeden oluşan Psikolojik Sözleşme ihlali ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise örgütsel sessizliği belirlemek amacıyla Knoll ve Dick tarafından toplamda 20 maddeden oluşan örgütsel sessizlik ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerin analizinde demografik faktörlerin belirlenmesinde betimleyici istatiksel analizler ve değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek amacıyla korelasyon ve regresyon analizlerinden yararlanılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgulara göre psikolojik sözleşme ihlali ve örgütsel sessizlik arasında pozitif yönlü bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir.
The aim of this research is to examine the effect of psychological contract violation on organizational silence. In this context, data on 128 people working in the call services sector were collected through an online survey. The questionnaire form consists of three parts. First, it includes the demographic information of the participants. In the second part, the Psychological Contract violation scale, developed by Robinson and Morrison (2000) and consisting of nine statements in total, was used to determine the employees' perceptions of psychological contract violation. In the third part, organizational silence scale consisting of 20 items was used by Knoll and Dick to determine organizational silence. In the analysis of the research data, descriptive statistical analyzes were used to determine the demographic factors and correlation and regression analyzes were used to determine the relationship between the variables. According to the findings, it was determined that there is a positive relationship between psychological contract violation and organizational silence.
