Abstract
5S tekniği, çalışma alanının düzenli, temiz, organize olmasını ve böylece yüksek verim oluşmasını sağlayan kalite yönetim tekniğidir. İşletme performansını artırmak için de uygulanan 5S tekniği çalışma alanının düzenli olması dolayısıyla çalışanın iş motivasyonunun yüksek olmasını sağlamaktadır, dolayısıyla işletme performansını da artırmaktadır. Bu çalışmada bir tekstil işletmesinin üretim hattındaki kritik düzenlemeler ele alınmıştır ve uygulama sonrasında üretim hattındaki zaman kayıpları önlenmiştir. Sonuçları ilgili işletme ile paylaşılmıştır.

Abstract
The 5S tecnique is a quality management technique that ensures neat, clean and organized work area which provides high efficiency. The 5S technique, that is also applied to increase the business performance, provides high work motivation and thus high business performance. In this study, crucial arrangements in the production line is revealed and time losses is prevented with the help of 5S techniques. The results were shared with the relevant business.
