Abstract

Jeosenkron yörüngede dolanan haberleşme uydularımız TÜRKSAT 3A ve 4A’nın astrometrik gözlemlere dayalı olarak elde edilen yörünge çözümleri bu çalışmada sunulmaktadır. Astrometrik gözlemler, TÜBİTAK Ulusal Gözlemevi Bakırlıtepe yerleşkesindeki T100 ve TÜRKSAT A.Ş. Gölbaşı yerleşkesindeki T50 teleskopları kullanılarak eş zamanlı olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Yörünge çözümleri, iki veya üç gözlem verisinden Başlangıç Yörünge Tespiti (IOD-Initial Orbit Determination) yöntemleri kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Uyduların hesaplanan başlangıç yörüngesi, gözlem gecesi boyunca elde edilen tüm verilere filtre uygulanarak iyileştirilmiş ve yayınlanan yörünge parametreleri (TLE-Two-Line Elements) ile karşılaştırılmıştır.

Simultaneous Astrometric Observation Results of TÜRKSAT 3A and TÜRKSAT 4A Satellites

Year 2023, Volume: 4 Issue: 3 - Special Issue: Proceedings of the 22nd National Astronomy Congress, 261 - 269, 31.12.2023

Abstract

The orbital solutions of TÜRKSAT 3A and 4A, our communication satellites orbiting in geosynchronous orbit, based on astrometric observations are presented in this paper. Astrometric observations have been simultaneously carried out using the T100 telescope at TÜBİTAK National Observatory, Bakırlıtepe, Antalya and the T50 telescope at TÜRKSAT Inc., Gölbaşı, Ankara. Orbital solutions have been obtained from two or three observation data using Initial Orbit Determination (IOD) method. The calculated initial orbit of the satellites have been improved by applying filter to all data taken one observation night, and compared to published orbital parameters (TLE-Two-Line Elements) in literature.
