ETV Analyses of Eclipsing Binary Stars UZ Lyr and FL Lyr

Abstract

UZ Lyr and FL Lyr are Algol type (EA) eclipsing binary systems. In this study, ETV analyses of the both systems were performed by using their (O-C) diagrams which are constructed from updated minima times data, to better understand their previously announced orbital period variation characteristics. During the analyses, minima times calculated by us from Kepler and TESS photometric data and all previously published CCD, photo-electric, photographic and visual literature data were used. This data complemented with minima times calculated from our photometric observations obtained with T80 and T35 telescopes at Ankara University Kreiken Observatory as well.

Abstract

UZ Lyr ve FL Lyr sistemleri, Algol türü (EA) örten çift yıldız sistemleridir. Bu çalışmada, her iki çift sistemin yörünge döneminde daha önceden ortaya konan değişimlerin yapısını daha iyi anlamak ve güncel gözlem verileri ile yeniden ele almak üzere, minimum zamanlarından elde edilen (O-C) diyagramları kullanılarak Tutulma Zamanlaması Değişimi (ETV) analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Analizde, Kepler ve TESS uydu gözlemlerinden hesaplananlar ile yer tabanlı CCD, fotoelektrik, fotoğrafik ve görsel gözlemlere dayalı yayınlamış minimum zamanlarının yanı sıra Ankara Üniversitesi Kreiken Rasathanesi T80 ve T35 teleskoplarından elde edilen gözlemlerden hesaplanan minimum zamanları da kullanılmıştır.
