Abstract

İzmir, Çeşme Ilıcası Plâj Kumundaki Aktüel Foraminiferler ve Varyasyonları

Abstract

Ege Üniversitesi Jeoloji Kürsüsü Asistanı iken, Araştırma, İnceleme Mütevelli Heyeti tarafından verilen tahsisat ile Karaburun yarımadasında jeolojik çalışmalar yapmak imkânını buldum. Bu arada meslekî bir tecessüs ile Çeşme ılıcası plajının kumunu inceledim. Bu makale, bahsi geçen kumlarda çok bol olarak bulunan Aktüel foraminiferlerdeki gayet enteresan varyasyonların mevcudiyeti ve şimdiye kadar Türkiye materyeli üzerinde bu tip varyasyonları açıklıyan bir neşriyat bulunmadığı için hazırlanmıştır.
