Kurdoğlu dokanak metamorfizma kuşağında bazı petrojenetik sorunlar

Abstract

Kurdoğlu dokanak metamorfizma kuşağı, Gümüşhane granit plutonunu çevreleyen metapelitik kayalardan oluşmaktadır. Bu kayalar, granit yerleşmesinden önce karmaşık bir metamorfizma evresinden geçmişlerdir. Yeşil şist fasiyesine erişen metapolitik kayalarda granitin yerleşmesi metamorfizma derecesini hornblend-hornfels fasiyesine yükseltmiştir.Daha sonra granit yerleşmesinin son aşamalarına rastlıyan döterik ve metasomatik etkenlerle dokanak metamorfik kuşakta yer yer gerileyen metamorfizma (retrograde metamorphism) gelişmiştir. Kurdoğlu dokanak metamorfizma kuşağı kordiyerit ile alüminyum silikat (Al2SiO5) minerallerinin belirgin eksikliği üe (fibrolit ve sillimanit dışında) dikkati çeker. Bir diğer özellik ise kordiyeritin yerine, dokanak metamorfizma kuşak-larında P-T koşulları bakımından duraylıhk alanı çok dar olan başka bir Fe, Mglu mineral olîin almandinin gelişmiş olmasıdır. Almandin oluşumu kayadaki yüksek M/FM oranı ile ilgili olmalıdır. Sillimanit, biyotitlerin üzerinde ve onunla yer değiştirir özellikte görülür. Bu ilgi metasomatik işlemlerin sonucu olarak görülmektedir. Granitin sıcaklık etkisinin oldukça dar bir alanda görülmesi ise intrüzif basıncın en az litostatik basınç değerinde olmasındandır. Bu sebepten soğuk komşu kaya içinde hızlı soğuyan magma, çevresinde beklenilen boyutta bir sıcaklık zonu geliştirememiştir.

Some petrogenetic problems of the Kurdoğlu contact metamorphic zone

Abstract

Kurdoğlu contact metamorphic zone consists of metapelitic rocks which surround the Gümüşhane granite pluton. These rocks were influenced by a complex metamorphic process before granite emplacement. The emplacement of granite increased the degree of metamorphism of metapelitic rocks from grencshist facies to hornblende-hornfelds facies. Then retrograde metamorphism took place in contact zone with the influence of deuteric and metasomatic processes which coincide with the late phases of the granite emplacement. Kurdoğlu contact metamorphic zone is characterised by absence of aluminum silicate (AL2O5) minerals (fibrolite and sillimanite). Another feature is the formation of an Fe-Mg mineral (almandine) whose P-T stability range is very narrow, against cordierite. The formation of almandine must be related to high M/FM ratio in rock. Sillimanite occurs over biotites and in replacements of them. This relation was formed as a result of metasomatic operations. Occurrence of temperature effect of granite in a very narrow belt is the result of intrusive pressure being at least equal to lithostatic pressure. For this reason, quickly coolingmagma in the cold neighbouring rocks could not develop a heated zone of expected dimensions.
