Born in Dublin, Ireland, I studied Natural Sciences (specializing in geology) in Trinity College Dublin.

For nearly a decade and a half, I have translated from Turkish, edited and proofread academic papers in a wide range of subjects including medicine, nursing, educational science, geological engineering, environmental science, chemistry, and many others.

Prof. Dr. Mine Sezgül KAYSERİ ÖZER
Mine Sezgül KAYSERİ ÖZER was born in İzmir in 1977 and graduated from the Bornova Suphi Koyuncuoğlu Anatolian High School in 1994. She graduated from Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Geological Engineering in 1999 with the second degree in the department, and she took the second place in Türkiye in geology with her undergraduate study. She completed her master’s degree from the same department, specializing in paleontology, paleovegetation, paleoclimate, and paleopalynology in 2002. She started his doctorate at Dokuz Eylül University, Department of Geological Engineering in 2003, and completed a part of his doctorate at the Senckenberg Museum Paleobotany Department (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) in 2006 with the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (DAAD) scholarship, specializing in paleobotany, stable isotopes and paleoclimate. In 2010, she received her doctorate from Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Science, Applied Geology Department. In 2014, she started to work as a Doctor Lecturer at Dokuz Eylül University, Institute of Marine Sciences and Technology. A year later, she became an associate professor in Earth Sciences and Engineering. In 2024, she continues to work as a professor in the same institution. KAYSERİ-ÖZER has publications in national and international journals, assistant editors, referees, and more than a hundred presentations in many conferences and meetings. She has worked as an executive and researcher in European Union Projects (ALERT), Research and Development (Ar-Ge), TÜBİTAK and BAP projects and some of his projects are still ongoing.
