AİLE HEKİMLİĞİ POLİKLİNİĞİ’NDE TANI ALAN AKUT DERİN VEN TROMBOZU: OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Akut derin ven trombozunun teşhisi ve tedavisi zordur. Bu yüzden sıklıkla hatalar yapılabilir. Tek başına klinik tanı genellikle güvenilir değildir ve hastanede meydana gelen derin ven trombozunun büyük bir kısmı asemptomatiktir. Derin ven trombozu ile ilgili klinik şüphe durumunda, D-dimer tayini ve / veya görüntüleme yapılmalıdır. Zamanında teşhis mümkün değilse, antikoagülasyon başlatılmalıdır. Makalemizde aile hekimliği polikliniğimize bacak ağrısı şikâyetiyle başvuran ve akut derin ven trombozu tanısı ile tedavisine başlanan olguyu sunduk.

ACUTE DEEP VEIN THROMBOSIS DIAGNOSED IN FAMILY MEDICINE POLYCLINIC: CASE REPORT

Abstract

It is difficult to diagnose and treat acute deep vein thrombosis. Therefore, mistakes can often be made. Only clinical diagnosis is often unreliable and the majority of deep vein thrombosis occurring in hospital is asymptomatic. In case of clinical suspicion of deep vein thrombosis, D-dimer test and / or imaging should be performed. If urgent diagnosis is not possible, anticoagulation therapy should be initiated immediately. In our manuscript, we presented a case who was admitted to our family medicine outpatient clinic with the complaint of leg pain and was initiated treatment with the diagnosis of acute deep vein thrombosis.
