The Turkish Journal of Internal Medicine (TJIM, Turk J Int Med) aims to publish high-quality scholarly studies in internal medicine and related medical disciplines. The journal welcomes original research articles, reviews, case reports, and other scientific contributions that advance clinical knowledge and medical practice.
All stages of the publishing process in TJIM (submission, editorial evaluation, peer review, layout, and publication) are carried out electronically. The journal follows a double-blind peer-review policy and is committed to the principles of publication ethics. TJIM follows the guidelines and recommendations of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and uses the relevant COPE flowcharts in cases of suspected misconduct. The journal also follows a continuous publication model, making accepted articles available online as soon as the editorial and production processes are completed.
