In this study, norm in the Plane $\mathbb{R}_{\pi 3}^{2}$ is produced naturally from a different vector norm. Its triangle inequality, Schwarz inequality properties and geometrical interpretation in the Plane $\mathbb{R}_{\pi 3}^{2}$ are given.
