Abstract

This paper aims to explain what information architecture is and to inform the readers about the content of the book titled “Information Architecture: For the Web and Beyond”, which is one of the important sources in this field. In the paper, the importance of information architecture for information management departments is also tried to be revealed and the number of departments that include “information architecture” as a course in their curriculums is also mentioned.
