Presentedat the Leipzig Congress in 2013, the purpose of this article is to explore the opportunities for Turkish Librarians to excel at their profession by examining not only German Libraries but also how German Librarians approach their profession, obtaining a different point of view and providing an impetus for professional excellence.At the invitation of BII Bibliothek Information International we aimed to take the opportunity to share with you our impression of Leipzig, in regard to German Libraries, scholarships and relations betweenour two countries

Almanya İzlenimleri: Kütüphaneciler için Mesleki Deneyim ve Gelişim Fırsatı

Abstract

Bu makalenin yazılma nedeni, 2013 yılında düzenlenen Leipzig Kongresi özelinde Alman kütüphanelerine, kütüphaneciliğine, mesleki sivil toplum kuruluşlarına genel bir perspektifle bakarak,Türk kütüphanecilerin Almanya’da kendilerini geliştirecek ve farklı bakış açısı kazandıracak ne tür fırsatlar elde edebileceğini ortaya koymaktır. Bibliothek & Information International - BII Uluslararası Kütüphane ve Enformasyon Grubu davetlisi olarak orada bulunan bizler Leipzig izlenimlerimizi, Almaya’daki kütüphaneciliği, iki ülke arasındaki ilişkileri ve her zaman başvurulabilecek burs imkanlarını sizlerle paylaşmayı amaçladık.
