Abstract

Theinternational conference on “The Memory of the World in the Digital Age: Digitization and Preservation” was organized to commemorate the foundation of UNESCO's Memory of the World Programme and to increase the awareness of the preservation of digital cultural heritage. It took place in Vancouver, Canada, fromSeptember 26-28, 2012, with the participation of more than 500 delegates from110 different countries. Dijital Çağda Dünya Belleği: Dijitalleştirme ve Koruma Konferansı

Abstract

UNESCO’nun Dünya Belleği programının 20. yılını kutlamak ve dijital kültürel mirasın korunması konusundaki farkındalığı artırmak amacıyla düzenlenen “Dijital Çağda Dünya Belleği: Dijitalleştirme ve Koruma” konferansı 26-28 Eylül 2012 tarihlerinde Kanada’nın Vancouver kentinde yapıldı. Konferansa 110 ülkeden 500’ün üzerinde delege katıldı. Bu yazıda konferans sırasında tartışılan konulardan bazıları özetlenmektedir.
