E-kitapların Kataloglanması

Abstract

Günümüzde kataloglama, elektronik kaynaklara erişime ve bu kaynakların düzenlenmesine odaklanmıştır. Elektronik kaynaklar arasında, kütüphaneler için en önemli bilgi kaynaklarından birisi de e-kitaptır. E-kitapların yaygın bir kullanım alanı bulması ve kütüphane koleksiyonlarında daha fazla yerini alması, kütüphanelerin de e-kitapları kataloglaması gereğini ortaya koymuştur. Bu çalışmada günümüzde önemli bilgi kaynağı olan e-kitapların kataloglanması şu başlıklar altında incelenmiştir:E-kitap nedir, e-kitap için MARC21 uygulaması ve basılı bir kitapla bir e-kitabın MARC21'göre karşılaştırılması.
