Abstract

This is a commemorative essay written for Prof. Dr. Berin U. Yurdadoğ who died on June10, 2019. The death of Prof. Yurdadoğ, retired faculty member of Ankara University and a part-time academic member of Hacettepe University, has been one of the devastating loss for the academic community, colleaques and students in the field of information management. She was a respected academician, a thoughtful superviser and beloved instructor. We will surely miss the presence of our truly dear Berin Hoca. May she rest in peace.

Abstract

Bu yazı 10 Haziran 2019 tarihinde kaybettiğimiz Prof. Dr. Berin U. Yurdadoğ’un anısı için hazırlanmıştır. Ankara Üniversitesi emekli öğretim üyesi ve Hacettepe Üniversitesi yarı zamanlı öğretim üyesi olan Prof. Yurdadoğ’un vefatı Bilgi ve Belge Yönetimi alanının akademisyenleri, profesyonelleri ve öğrencileri için acı bir kayıp olmuştur. Berin hocamız saygın bir akademisyen, anlayışlı bir danışman ve sevilen bir hocaydı. Değerli hocamızı çok özleyeceğiz. Huzur içinde uyusun.
