Abstract
Çalışmanın amacı Türk toplumunda meydana gelen sosyal ve kültürel değişmelere paralel olarak, köy aile yapısında meydana gelen değişmeleri araştırmak ve aile reislerinin tutum ve davranışlarındaki farklı ilişkileri belirlemektir.Bu araştırma 1997 senesinde tamamlanmıştır. Çalışmada iki değişik coğ-rafi bölgemizden değişme ve gelişmelere daha açık sayılabilecek Antalya yöresinden bir köy Kurşunlu Köyü ile, değişme ve gelişmelere daha kapalı sayılabilecek Malatya yöresinden bir köy Fındık Köyü seçilmiştir. Bundan sonra bu yerleşim birimlerinde yaşayan aile reislerinin çeşitli davranış örün-tüleri iki köy arasında karşılaştırılarak incelenmiştir.Araştırmanın örneklemi için her köyden 100 aile reisi olmak üzere toplam 200 denek seçilmiş ve toplam 44 soruya cevap aranmıştır.

Abstract
The aim of the study is to investigate the changes occurred in the structure of the family living in the town as parallel to the social and cultural changes occured in Turkish society and to determine different relationships in the attitudes and the behaviors of the head of the families. This research has ben carried out in 1997. In this study two villages were chosen from two different regions of Turkey; a village from Antalya Yöre which can be said more open to social changes and developments; a village from Malatya yöre which can be said closer to changes and developments. After this, the various behavorial styles of the heads of the families living in these settling units were investigated by comparing two villages. 100 heads of families from each village were chosen as sampling to be 200 samples in total and for the answers of 44 questions were looked in total.
