“DOĞU EDEBİYATI ÇEVİRİSİNDE MELEZLİK - ŞARK RESMİNİN GARP ALIMLAMASIYLA KAYNAŞMASI BİR KÜLTÜRLERARASILIK KONSEPTİ OLABİLİR Mİ?”
Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı Doğu Edebiyatı çevirilerindeki melezlikleri irdelemektir. Bu bağ- lamda çalışmanın odak noktası, Alman Edebiyatında 18. ve 19. yüzyıllarında kaleme alınan Doğu metinleri aktarma ve çeviri anlamında olacaktır. Incelenen Doğu Edebiyatından Al- man Edebiyatına yapılan çevirilerin şark ve garp kültürden ne ölçüde etkilenebileceği ve bunun sonucunda nasıl hibrit özellikler göstereceğidir. Bu makalenin temel savı, çevirideki melez özel- liklerin, kültürlerarası becerilerin gelişmesi için belirleyici olduğudur. Melezlik özelliklerinin incelenmesi için, Christina Schäffner ve Beverly Adab'ın "The Idea of the Hybrid Text in Translation: Contact as Conflict" "Çeviride Melez Metnin Fikri: Çatışma Olarak Temas" makalesine değinilecektir. Yazarlar gerçek ve yetersiz melez metinleri ayırt etmek suretiyle, çeviri metinlerini iki gruba ayırırlar: Gerçek melez metinler yazarların ve / veya çevirmenlerin olumlu kararlarının sonucuyken, yetersiz melez metinler çevirmenlerin dilsel ve kültürel yet- kinlik eksikliğinin sonucudur. Bu amaçla, her iki yazar metinlerin, metinsel, bağlamsal ve sos- yal özelliklerine odaklanırlar. Bu yazıda da melez metinler, metinsel, bağlamsal ve sosyal özel- liklerine göre irdelenecek ve kültürlerarası referanslar oluşturularak gerçek veya yetersiz melez metinler olarak ayırım yapılacaktır.

Abstract
In this paper, the hybridity in the translation of oriental literature will be investigated. The focus will be on oriental texts in the sense of transmission and translation of the 18th and 19th centuries in German-language literature. It will be examined to what extent oriental texts are influenced by the oriental and occidental culture and consequently show hybrid characteristics. The basic argument of this article is that hybrid features in translation are decisive for an extension of intercultural competence. For the examination of the hybridity characteristics, the essay "The Idea of the Hybrid Text in Translation: Contact as Conflict" by Christina Schäffner and Beverly Adab will be referred to. They distinguish between true hybrid texts and inadequate texts. The former is the result of the positive decisions of authors and/or translators, whereas the latter is the result of the translators' lack of competence. To this end, the authors focus on textual, contextual and social characteristics of the texts. In this article, too, hybrid texts are to be examined according to their textual, contextual and social characteristics and recorded as true or inadequate texts, while also establishing intercultural references.
