Diyabetik Ketoz Tablosu İçin Beklenmeyen Bir Neden: Özofagusta Yabancı Cisme Bağlı Gelişen Mediastinit

Abstract

Diyabetik ketoz tedavisinin başarılı olabilmesi için kolaylaştırıcı nedenleri saptamak önemli bir faktördür. Bu bildiride özofagusta yabancı cisim nedeni ile gelişen akut mediastinitin kolaylaştırıcı etken olarak rol oynadığı bir diyabetik ketoz olgusu sunulmuştur.

Diabetic ketosis resulting from an unexpected cause: Mediastinitis related with esophageal foreign body

Abstract

Successful treatment of diabetic ketosis requires identification of co-morbid precipitating events. We report a case of diabetic ketosis with acute mediastinitis secondary esophageal foreign body.
