İleri Yaş Gelişimsel Kalça Çıkığında Ağaoğlu Yöntemi ile Asetabular Çatı Ameliyatı Sonuçlarımızın Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

İleri yaş gelişimsel kalça çıkığında uygulanan cerrahi tedaviler, sonuçlan itibari ile erken dönem tedavileri kadar yüz güldürücü değildir. Bu ameliyatlardaki ana amaç; yükü taşıyacak optimum çatı oluşturmak ve sonuç itibariyle fonksiyonel bir kalça elde etmektir. Ankara Dr.Muhittin Ülker Acil Yardım ve Travmatoloji Hastanesi II. Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniğinde 1994-2000 yıllan arasında 32 hastanın 36 kalçasına ve Ankara Atatürk Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesi II. Ortopedi ve Travmatoloji Kliniğinde 2003-2006 yıllan arasında 10 hastanın 11 kalçasına (toplamda 42 hastanın 47 kalçasına) Ağaoğlu çatı ameliyatı uygulandı. Klinik olarak uyguladığımız Çatı ameliyatı olgularımızdan %72.5 iyi sonuç aldık. Olgularımızın hiçbirinde resorbsiyon ve enfeksiyon görülmedi. Klinik olarak uyguladığımız bu yeni teknik, sonuçlan bakımından iyi bir yöntemdir ve teknik doğru uygulandığında komplikasyonu düşüktür.

Evaluation of the Results of Shelf Operations Performed by Ağaoğlu Method in the Patients with Developmental Dysplasia of Hip at Late Age

Abstract

Surgical therapies for late age developmental dysplasia of the hip especially in higher ages does not reveal good results as good as they are performed in earlier ages. The main purpose for these operations is to get an optimum shelf to carry on weight also that ends with a functional hip. We have performed shelf operations at Ankara Dr.Muhittin Ülker Emergency and Trauma Hospital at Second Orthopaedics and Trauma Clinic between 1994-2000 years; 32 patients 36 hips and 10 patients 11 hips, total 47 hips at Ankara Atatürk Research and Training Hospital at Second Orthopaedics and Trauma Clinic between 2003-2006 years with our method “Ağaoğlu Shelf Operation”. We had 72.5% good results with our shelf operations. We had no resorbtion and infection. This new technique is good and complication rate is low if technic of operation is applicated promptly.
