Kronik Gastrit ile İlişkili Süperiyor Mezenterik Arter Sendromu: Çok Kesitli Bilgisayarlı Tomografi Bulguları

Abstract

Süperiyor Mezenterik arter (SMA) sendromu, dar açıyla orijin alan SMA ile aort arasında duedonumun üçüncü kıtasının sıkışmasıyla oluşan nadir bir hastalıktır. Zayıflamaya neden olan çeşitli durumların sonucu olarak, retroperitoneal yağ dokusunda azalmanın dar açılanmada etiyolojik faktör olduğuna inanılmaktadır. Ayrıca aortomezenterik daralma, bası yapan kitleye, Treitz ligamentinin anormal yüksek fiksasyonuna veya SMA’in aşağı seviyeden orijin almasına bağla oluşabilir. SMA sendromuna kısa zamanda tanı konması, hastanın klinik tablosunda anlamlı düzelme sağlayabileceğinden kritik önem taşımaktadır. Çok Kesitli Bilgisayarlı Tomografi (ÇKBT), SMA kompresyonuna bağlı duedonum obstrüksiyonunu doğrulukla ortaya koymayı sağlar. Biz bu yazıda, kronik gastrit sonucu gelişen bir SMA sendromu ÇKBT bulgularını sunmaktayız.

Superior Mesenteric Artery Syndrome as a Result of Chronic Gastritis: MDCT Findings: Case Report

Abstract

uperior mesenteric artery (SMA) syndrome is a rare disorder in which acute angulation of SMA causes compression of the third part of duodenum between the SMA and the aorta. Decrease of retroperitoneal fat tissue as a result of a variety of debilitating conditions is believed to be the etiologic factor causing acute angulation. Additionally, aortomesenteric narrowing can occur owing to extrinsic compression from a mass, abnormally high fixation or the ligament of Treitz or low origin of the SMA. It is crucial to diagnose SMA syndrome promptly because effective treatment of the disorder might significantly improve patients clinical conditions. MDCT allows accurate depiction of duodenal obstruction due to compression by the SMA. We present herein a case who developed SMA syndrome as a result of chronic gastritis. We also described the findings of MDCT.
