OSTEOGENEZİS İMPERFEKTA’LI BİR GEBEYE ANESTEZİK YAKLAŞIM: OLGU SUNUMU

Abstract

Osteogenesis imperfekta, anormal Tip I kollajen üretimi ile karakterize otozomal dominant ka-lıtımlı, nadir görülen bağ dokusu hastalığıdır. Bu sendroma özgü birçok riskten dolayı yüksek riskli gebelik grubunda yer alan osteogenesis imperfekta hastası gebe kadınların anestezilerinde teknik seçimi ve yönetimi büyük önem arzetmektedir. Biz, osteogenesis imperfekta Tip I tanısı olan ve 39. gebelik haftasında fetal distress nedeniyle acil şartlarda spinal anestezi altında sezaryenle doğum yaptırılan gebe bir kadındaki anestezi tekniğini ve yönetimimizi literatür eşliğinde tartışmayı amaçladık. ANESTHETIC APPROACH OF PREGNANCY WITH OSTEOGENESIS IMPERFECTA: A CASE REPORT

Abstract

Osteogenesis imperfecta is a rare autosomal dominant, inherited disease of connective tissue which is characterized by abnormal Type I collagen production. The management of anesthesia and choice of anesthetic technique of pregnant women with Osteogenesis imperfecta due to several risks special to this syndrome is important. In this article we present a pregnant women with osteogenesis imperfecta Type I who delivered a baby with emergency cesarean section due to fetal distress at 39 gestational weeks under spinal anesthesia and we aimed to discuss type and management of anesthesia in these patients with the literature review.
