NADİR GÖRÜLEN BİR PULMONER ARTERİYOARTERYEL VE ARTERİYOVENÖZ MALFORMASYON OLGUSU

Abstract

Pulmoner arteriyoarteriyel malformasyon ve pulmoner arteriyovenöz malformasyon akciğerin nadir görülen damarsal anomalileridir. İki malformasyonun bir arada bulunması ise daha da nadirdir. Merkezimizde izlediğimiz bir olgu nedeniyle pulmoner arteriyoarteryel malfor-masyon ve pulmoner arteriyovenöz malformasyon, literatür bilgileri ışığında irdelendi. Sırt ağrısı yakınması ile merkezimize başvuran 31 yaşındaki erkek hastanın fizik muayenesinde bir özellik saptanmadı. Hematolojik ve biyokimyasal değerler, elektrokardiyografi ve tam idrar tahlili normaldi. Toraks magnetik rezonans anjiografi ve pulmoner anjiografi sonucunda, pulmoner arteriyoarteryel malformasyon ve pulmoner arteriyovenöz malformasyon tanısı konuldu. Olgunun üç yıllık takibinde müdahale gerektirecek herhangi bir komplikasyon gelişmedi.

A RARE CASE OF PULMONARY ARTERIOARTERIAL AND ARTERIOVENOUS MALFORMATION

Abstract

Pulmonary arterioarterial malformation and arteriovenous malformation are rare vascular abnormalities of the lung. A combination of the two is even more rare. We reviewed the articles about the pulmonary arterioarterial and pulmonary arteriovenous malformations in the literature because of our case. A 31-year-old man complaining of backache was admitted to our clinic. He had no pathologies in his physical examination and his routine laboratory results. As a result of pulmonary angiography and magnetic resonance angiography pulmonary, arterioarterial malformation and arteriovenous malformation were diagnosed. In three-year follow-up of the patient, he developed no complications and he had no operations.
