Maternal Beslenme Durumunun Yenidoğan Antropometrik Ölçümleri Üzerine Etkileri

Abstract

Maternal diyet ile yenidoğanın antropometrik ölçümleri arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amaçlanmıştır.Tek merkezli, kesitsel prospektif klinik çalışmamıza, Aralık 2008-Mart 2009 tarihleri arasında
antenatal gebelik takibi hastanemizde yapılan 18-45 yaş arası 79 gebe kadın alındı. Olgulara gebeli-
ğin 37. haftasında “Besin Tüketim Formu” uygulandı. Günlük beslenme kapsamında aldıkları enerji
ve besin değerlerinin miktarı hesaplanarak, yenidoğan antropometrik ölçümleri ile ilişkisi karşılaştı-
rıldı. Çalışmamızda diyet ile alınan enerji, karbonhidrat, yağ, kalsiyum, magnezyum, demir, çinko, folik asit, tiamin, riboflavin, A, C ve D vitamini miktarının; yenidoğanın doğum ağırlığı, boyu, Apgar
1. ve 5. dakika sonuçları, baş çevresi, kol ortası çevresi ve plasenta ağırlığı üzerine anlamlı bir etkisi
olmadığı görülmüştür (p> 0.05). Ancak bebek boy uzunluğu ile günlük protein alımının doğrusal yönde ilişkili olduğu saptanmıştır (r= 0.259, p= 0.021). Boy uzunluğundaki değişimin ancak %13’ü protein düzeyi ile açıklanabilmektedir. Bebek boy uzunluğu ile günlük fosfor ve B6 vitamin alımının
doğrusal yönde zayıf ilişkili olduğu saptanmıştır [sırasıyla (r= 0.288, p= 0.010) ve (r= 0.221, p= 0.050)].
Beslenmenin, gebelik öncesi vücut kitle indeksi normal sınırlarda olan ve gebelikte ideal kilo alımı olan
gebelerde, yenidoğan antropometrik ölçümleri üzerine sınırlı etkisi olduğunu düşünmekteyiz.
