Posterior İntravajinal Slingoplasti Operasyonunu Komplike Eden Meş Büzüşmesi

Abstract

Sentetik meşler, stres üriner inkontinans ve pelvik organ prolapsının cerrahi tedavisinde; başarı oranlarını artırmak, tedavinin ömrünü uzatmak ve zayıf veya defektif destek dokuların güçlendirilmesi amacı ile giderek artan oranlarda kullanılmaktadır. Bu olgu sunumumuzda kaf prolapsusu olan 66 yaşındaki bir olguda meş (Prolift Posterior®, Ethicon) kullanımını takiben gelişen meş
büzüşmesini ve yönetimini sunmak istedik. Sonuç olarak cerrahlar, sentetik meşlere bağlı meş bü- züşmesi gibi potansiyel komplikasyonlardan haberdar olmalıdırlar. İnanıyoruz ki meş ile ilgili
komplikasyonların ve uygun tedavisinin anlaşılması ve dikkatli olgu seçimi ile birleştirildiğinde daha iyi sonuçlar elde edilecektir.
