Total Kalça Revizyon Artroplastisinde Diafizer Sementsiz Oto Kilitlemeli Revizyon Femoral Protez Uygulamalarımız

Abstract

Revizyon Total Kalça Arthroplastisinde amaç asetabuler komponentle uyumlu, femurun yapısal devamlılığını en iyi sağlayan rijit bir protez fiksasyonu sağlamaktır. Bu amaçla kliniğimizde yaptı¬ğımız revizyonlarda oto kilitlemeli femoral komponentleri tercih ettik.
Ocak 1995- Ocak 2004 Kliniğimizde 20 hastaya Revizyon Total Kalça artroplastisi uyguladık. Çalışmamıza femoral komponent değiş¬tirilen 13 hasta dahil edildi.
Orta dönem takiplerde Harris Kalça Skorlanna göre 2 olgu mü¬kemmel, 10 iyi, 1 kötü olarak (femoral gevşeme sonrası revizyon yapıldı) değerlendirildi. Hastaların tümü ilk total kalça artroplastisi öncesi aktivitelerine döndüler.
Sementsiz Diafizer Oto Kilitlemeli Protezlerin gövdesi 2° açılı ve konik şekildedir, ayrıca protezlerde boylamsal konik şekillerde teller mevcuttur, böylece stabil bir medullar fıksasyon elde edilmiştir. Orta dönem takip sonuçlarımız bize uzun dönemde de iyi sonuçlar alınacağını düşündürmektedir.

Abstract
Providing rigid prosthesis fixation and well-adjusted femoral component is our aim when we are doing revision hip arthroplasty. For this we had choosen self-locking femoral components for revision arthroplasties in our clinic.
Between January 1995 and January 2004 we had performed 20 Revision Hip Arthroplasty.We had included 13 patients whose femoral component were revised.
Harris Hip Scores in the mid term were 2 perfect, 10 good, 1 bad (revised due to femoral component loosening).
The results of the study suggested that these prosthesis are useful and long term usage is also expected to be good.
