Primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma is a skin lymphoma which is characterized by atypical T lymphocytes. Ulceration is commonly seen over the lesions. Multiple lesions are rare and presentation as a solitary lesion is common. It’s important to differentiate this variant from other the lymphoma of the skin in terms of determine treatment plan and prognosis. Herein we would like to report a case which is an example of primary cutaneous anaplastic large cell lymphoma and briefly review the literature.

Primer kutanöz anaplastik büyük hücreli lenfoma, derinin atipik, iri T lenfositlerle ka-rakterize lenfomasıdır. Lezyonların yüzeyi sıklıkla ülseredir. Genellikle tek ve soliter olmakla birlikte nadiren multipl de olabilir. Derinin lenfomalarından ayrıcı tanısının yapılması; tedavi planı ve prognozu belirlemek açısından önemlidir. Bu yazıda Primer Kutanöz Anaplastik Büyük Hücreli Lenfomaya (PKABHL) örnek bir olguyu literatürle paylaşmak istedik.
