Abstract

Kitap, Arap Baharı sürecinde ortaya çıkan bölgesel ittifaklarda Katar'ın yeri ve rolü üzerinde durmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, Yazarın temel argümanı; Katar'ın Arap Baharı ayaklanmalarından faydalanarak bölgesel ve uluslararası politikada konumunu güçlendirdiği şeklindedir.
